John Williams - Born in 1941 Melbourne, Australia. Began playing the guitar at the age of seven, receiving his first lessons from his father. In 1952 his family moved to England and he began studying the guitar with Segovia. Williams held scholarships for five years and then he attended piano and musical theory at the Royal College Music in London. Many guitar compositions were written and dedicated for him, like the following Cavatina: from the movie: "The Deer hunter"
